Heavyjob is the field management system that our field supervisors use to track job progress and to submit daily reports. Daily reports include diaries and photographs, as well as labor and equipment hours and production quantities. When the job foreman enters his labor and equipment hours and the production accomplished for the day, he is instantly able to see whether he was over or under budget. This real time analysis gives us the ability to spot problem areas and proactively manage the project in order to bring it in under budget.
Heavyjob integrates with our accounting software. Once the daily reports have been approved in Heavyjob, time card information such as labor and equipment hours are transferred to Spectrum for payroll processing.
